How to send everyday supplies back if they are not right. All amounts are handled in USD ($).

Return window

You may return unused everyday pet supplies within 30 days of delivery. Items should be in their original condition with any packaging or tags intact.

What can be returned

Bowls, bins, crates, mats and pouches in resaleable condition.
For hygiene reasons, used towels, grooming mitts and opened toys can only be returned if they are faulty.

How to start a return

Email support@trutypet.shop with your order reference and the items you would like to return. We will reply with a return address and instructions. Return shipping is arranged by the customer unless the item arrived faulty.

After we receive the item

Once your return is received and checked, we will confirm the outcome by email. Approved refunds are processed in USD to the original method once a payment provider is connected — see our Refund Policy for detail.
