Where we ship
TRUSTY PET SUPPLIES LIMITED ships everyday pet supplies from our UK warehouse to customers internationally. All prices, shipping rates and thresholds on this website are shown in US dollars (USD).
Rates & thresholds
- Standard shelf shipping: a flat $6.90 USD per order.
- Free shipping on everyday kits over $60.00 USD.
- Any applicable duties or local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the USD totals shown at checkout.
Processing & delivery
Orders are picked from the shelf within one to two working days. Typical delivery runs five to ten working days depending on destination. You will receive a dispatch email once your kit leaves the warehouse.
Order tracking
Tracking details, where available, are included in the dispatch email. If your kit has not arrived within the estimated window, contact us at support@trutypet.shop and we will follow up.
Payment status
A payment provider is pending. No payment is collected until checkout is enabled; placing an order reserves your kit and stores your shipping details only.
